Demo and Release
Family Time is a Windows PC game planned for Steam in the first quarter of 2027, and playable episode builds already exist through the developer's supporter page. Episode 2 can be downloaded at no cost, while Episode 3 is available to paying supporters.
Release Window and Platform
The Steam store lists a Q1 2027 release. The game is single-player, built for Windows PC, and no console or mobile version has been announced. The developer has confirmed the game is PC-focused when asked by players.
The game drew huge attention before launch. It climbed into the top fifty most-wishlisted titles on Steam, with estimates passing half a million wishlists in October 2026.

Copycats and Fake Apps
The game's popularity attracted imitators. Soon after it went viral, a near copy appeared on Steam under the exact same name from a different studio, and the original developer filed a DMCA notice. Another lookalike with a fox theme followed.
There is no official mobile app. Any APK or phone version advertised under the Family Time name is not from the developer. Stick to the official Steam page and the developer's own supporter and itch.io pages for downloads.
AI Content Disclosure
The Steam page discloses that AI was used for concept art, prototype textures and quick mesh tests meant to be replaced by hand-made art and models. Early Wolf Mama and pup voices also used AI drafts, most of which are being replaced by a professional voice actress. Some players say they will wait for the final assets before buying.
